HOW TO INSTALL THE JOOMLA 3.0 version PACKAGE ON THE SERVER ? ( 1st step of JOOMLA v3.0 INSTALLATION)

Please go to your site Cpanel for example here: http://www.yourdomain.com:2082

1. In this tutorial, we'll show you how to install Joomla! 3.0 on your website.
2. First of all go to our website. (http://www.cbmcard.com)
3. Then, hover mouse over CMS Templates and click Joomla templates.
4. Click the latest version to download it. (Joomla 3.0.2 version)
5. Save file to your computer.
6. Download can take couple of seconds. (Depended on your Internet speed)
7. These are the contents of the ZIP archive and should be uploaded on FTP. We'll now upload ZIP archive there and then extract it.
8. Now go to yourdomain.com:2082
9. Login with your username and password.
10. Click File Manager.
11. Make sure Web Root is selected and click Go.
12. Once you're in Web Root (public_html) folder, click Upload.
13. Choose your Joomla 3.0 ZIP package file.
14. Upload can take couple of seconds or minutes. (It's depended on your Internet speed.)
15. Now go back to File Manager and refresh the page.
16. Select your newly uploaded ZIP package and click Extract.
17. Click Extract File(s)
18. This is it. Click Close.
19. Here are the extracted files.
20. Now we should move on to Joomla! installation on our website.
21. NOTE: When you go to your homepage, Joomla may ask you to upload php to the latest version. In this case, insert this text to .htaccess file.
22. AddType application/x-httpd-php53 .php exacly like this.
23. Now go to your homepage.
24. Fields marked with * are required. Let's start filling out.
25. First of all enter your website name.
26. It's not necessary to enter description.
27. Then, enter your email address.
28. Now enter Joomla admin username, which you'll use while logging in to Joomla control panel.
29. Then enter Joomla admin password.
30. Confirm password. (Re-enter it)
31. When you've filled required fields, click Next.
32. Now we should configure database.
33. Enter host name, mostly it's "localhost".
34. Then, enter your FTP username. We'll hide it for security reasons.
35. Then enter your FTP password.
36. Now we should know table prefix, it can be found on your template package. We'll now show you where it is located.
37. Open your template ZIP package.
38. Enter folder which is usually called your template id.
39. Then enter 'documentation' folder.
40. Open Documentation(Installation and Editing).html file
41. Click Creating Database in 3rd part (Installation)
42. Scroll down a little bit.
43. Our table prefix is displayed there, so go ahead and copy it with '_'
44. Now go back to Joomla! installation page and paste it in Table prefix field.
45. Next, we should create a database. Go back to cPanel home page.
46. Click MySQL databases.
47. Create a new database by filling out this field, you can call it anything you want. We'll name it our template id.
48. Click Create Database.
49. Copy your database name with prefix.
50. Go back to Joomla installation page and paste it in Database name field.
51. Click Next to move to final step.
52. You can install Sample Data, Send configuration settings to your email after installation and check whether other settings are on or off.
53. When you check that everything is entered correctly, click Install.
54. Installation can take couple of seconds.
55. You should remove installation folder after you've finished installing. To do that click Remove installation folder.
56. This is it. Now you can view site or login as Administrator.
57. This is default Joomla! 3.0 style.
